75%酒精製劑之管理：(一)作為醫療用途，如殺菌、消毒、手術前消毒等用途之75%消毒酒精製劑，應以藥品列管。(二)若作為一般手部、皮膚清潔用途（非醫療用途），含75%酒精產品，得以一般商品列管，惟不得宣稱醫療效能（如：殺菌、消毒等）。四、75%酒精基於醫療作業消毒抗菌程序之用，應由醫療之人員管控，其由醫院藥局以95%酒精調配，應無不可。
