1.What conditions do I need to sell makeup care products? Does it need to meet government regulations？

A:There is no problem with general cosmetics retail sales. An-cheng will provide relevant product market recommendations and assist product planning. General cosmetics (excluding medicinal ingredients) are exempt from inspection, but you need to apply for a makeup brand (we will provide relevant documents for you Application), if it is a medicinal product, it is urgently needed for inspection.

2.Did you provide proofing before the design of the product, and how much does it cost?

A:We will first confirm that your needs are OEM / ODM / OBM. The product may have R & D costs due to special formulas or new product development. If you want to provide trial production samples for the foundry products before the contract is confirmed, There are proofing costs, which can be deducted after signing the contract.

3.What is the basic quantity of OEM products??

A:Each type of product may have basic quantity differences due to packaging and raw materials. An-cheng can provide you with advice and instructions

5.How to obtain the relevant regulatory documents for the product?

A:If there is no problem with the general retail sales of cosmetics, An-cheng will provide relevant product market recommendations and assist product planning.

6.What are the relevant documents for the products commissioned？

A:WE only provides in-plant inspection reports. If a third-party inspection is required, SGS can be commissioned to perform the inspection (SGS inspection costs must be borne by the customer (the cost depends on the items required for inspection)

7.Do you provide packaging design services?

A:Based on customer needs,WE provides basic & advanced packaging suggestions and designs.

8.Relevant design services on product packaging and outer boxes?

A:An-cheng depends on the customer's needs. In order to help save time and labor costs, we provide one-stop service and quote the design fee separately.

9.Can we purchase raw materials by ourselves and then produce them by An-cheng?

A:You only need to confirm that the ingredients (INCI name and CAS No) provided by the client comply with national regulations. At the same time, please provide the MSDS and COA of the raw materials to ensure the legality and safety of the ingredients. An-cheng can produce for you.
